Spiral Light Candles is proud of the high-quality candles we offer and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason one of our candles just doesn't work out the way you hoped, simply contact us for a hassle-free return or exchange. If you purchased an item directly from SpiralLightCandles.com and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or store credit (less any shipping cost). There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition with original tags attached. Please email us at office@spirallightcandles.com with the order # to receive detailed instructions and approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.
Gift Exchanges
If you received an item from Spirallightcandles.com as a gift, we accept exchanges and returns within 30 days; however, returns will be issued as store credit only.
