I wasn't able to attend a dear friends birthday party out of state so sent a gift of 3 candles - I messed up and didn't review the shipping address and realized of course, after I hit the final submit button! I quickly sent an email asking if it was able to be corrected. You were very kind to correct my mistake and the candles arrived on her special day! She told me the candles were a huge hit, everyone loved watching the unique way they burned throughout the night and she said the smell was wonderful.

I love your candles, I have placed 3 orders for a total 6 candles. But I have had 2 that did not burn correctly. The circular wick on one of the candles did not go all the way around so it didn't burn down. I do not remember the name of that one.
In my last shipment, the Amber and Moss candle burned down to the wooden wick but there was too much wax in the bottom for the wick to stay lite. I ended up lighting the wick and pouring off the melted wax to exposed the wick so it could keep burning.
Love the unique design of the Spiral Light Candle and the Amber & Moss is a great scent.
We were a little skeptical about how well it would actually manifest as two candles in one, but decided that the spiral would be fun enough.
So, we had a small dinner party a couple of weeks ago, lit it up when everyone was gathered in the living room waiting for food while drinks and conversation happened ... guess what else happened? EVERYONE LOVED WATCHING the candle, and the scent wasn't overpowering either.
Perfection. We're fans.
Also, Holiday gifts have been decided now. So there's that.
This one burned through the side twice and ran candle wax all over everything. I have never had this problem with your candles before.
