I tried contacting Spiral Light Candles to no avail. The last 2 candles I purchased, did not burn correctly and lost many hours of burning time. I have 4 candles left and wonder if they will miss burn like the last 2 or burn correct like my first 2 candles I burned thru. I don't know what to do about the 2 bad candles that burned incorrectly. How are your candles burning? I attached a pic of 1 of the bad burns.
Once it got to my house, I could smell the candle through the 2 boxes it was packaged it. The design is really unique and it made a great gift!
Candle not what I expected. All the wax went everywhere but inside the parameters of the candle. Totally a huge disappoint!!
This is our daughter's favorite color. I ordered this unusual candle for their wedding anniversary. I am sure they will love it; as it fits in with everything they adore.
