After watching the spiral wick burn and I lit the wooden wick.The scent was nice not heavy or overwhelming. I’ve only burned The tropical. Next I’ll try the clove . And the last one is powder blue as forgot what scented

I do not see where you reached out to us for support so I am reaching out to you now. Can you possibly send a picture of what happened as if burned as instructed, these will not leak. I hope ot make this right for you.
I gave this candle,sea grass as a gift and they absolutely love it. She was so impressed by this that she wanted this web site so she can get more. The smell is fabulous! The candle is amazing!

Love the smell! However the large candle didn't want to melt right. The wood wick kept going out. Also because of that it is not burning even☹
